Hi, playable can be only these files:
mp3, mp4, flv - does the file meet the criteria?
Was the playable file added to the play field (not only the download field) in edit of file?
Allowed File Types: mp4 (video), mkv and .001

Maybe try to check permissions or ownership of the file, if it can be accessed by the player.

also, permissions are ok... I don´t know what´s wrong... As I say, if I can the file downloaded, why i can´t just play it?

No idea there - there is some problem between the javascript and the file for playing ???

So, I already test it in other hosting(not windows server) and works good... no problem at all... I can´t find the way to make it play...!! it´s a little crazy...

well, Here I´m, with the same problem... I really don´t find a solution... I don´t know what´s wrong? I can see a PDF preview... I can see a Picture preview... but the mp4 doen´t show... It have to be a special codification? I really don´t understand... all access given!

Ok, it´s fixed... It was nothing with Phoca download, it was a MIME problem with the server... also, it´s not enought to enable the MIME code in the component side... in my caase i have to do it in the server too..
