Do FTP upload myself - files about 11MB

I use phoca download on one of my sites now, but do have a problem.
Because the files are about 11megabyte, i do the ftp upload myself. But it seems that i can't add them in that case? Only if i do a FTP upload using Phoca? Is that true or don't i see the option?

I FTP almost all of my files, put them in the same folders (html > phocadownload > userupload) and just use the "file button" to find them in the admin section of Phoca Download.

Thanks for your quick answer...but i don't find a HTML folder at all...any idea where i have to search?
