email notification does not work

Hi guys, hopefully U can help here. ThanX in advance for your engagement.

Everything works fine despite of the email notification about new guestbook entries.
For sure we set a person to receive the mail.

Info: Same email adresses resp. the function of the contact form works so the problem is about this Phoca component, right?

Any ideas? Anybody with the same problem?
