Hi, if you are not logged in, then you are not registered.
Registered user is only the user, which is logged in. If you will get money from ATM and you are "not logged in" (not added right PIN) then the ATM will not give you money as it takes you as "unregistered". This is the logic of authorization. Until you are not logged in, the system doesn't know you so you cannot use email address of somebody else ( registered and logged in user with email (you) IS NOT THE SAME like registered but not logged in user (you) - both are different users - one registered and second is Anonymous)
Anyway you can disable this check in parameters (which is not recommended because it is like you will write your PIN code to your credit card)
