Text - Double Line Spacing

I tried to key in a message to the guestbook but the text kept going to double line spacing and I don't want it to.
How can I change this please?

Hi, the formatting depends on tinymce editor. You can try to customize it in tinymce e.g. to remove line spacing etc.

How do I access this tinymce editor?
I have a company build me a website and I have administartor access to it but cannot see it anywhere and I don't want to ruin my webpage.
