In Phoca Guestbook, you can write an entry with the same email everytime you want (no restriction there) You only cannot use email of other user or registered user (which you are and you are not logged in). Then you get this:
"The email address you entered belongs to a registered user on this site, Please use another one (if this is your email, please login)"
