creating a pdf font , can any body help me , please

hello. Iam using a language called Dhivehi. can any body help me to create a pdf fonts that I can use in joomla. now i have fonts in my my windows. but when i click pdf , it shows some thing wrong .

here is the two font i want to use with my site.
