Mouse Over for Phoca download

Hello,
I have Phoca download and now, I want to make a mouse over:
I have circa 100 downloads (on the server is in this moment one) and for each of them one picture. Can I enclose to each download one picture via mouse over function?

You can select an image which will be displayed next to image.

Ok:

I have one file, which is called: fsxb747.zip
and I have a second file, which is called: fsxemb130.zip
And I have for the first file (fsxb747.zip) one picture, e.g. 747.jpg
And for the second (fsxemb130.zip) a picture, too: emb130.jpg

Now, I upload these files (fsxb747.zip and fsxemb130.zip) on the ftp server.
And then, i want to make this:
When you select with you mouse "details", then there should be a picture and a little description.
But not always the same picture (different like 747.jpg and emb130.jpg).

Hi, for every file you can select different picture, see detail of file in admin.

e.g. here you can see diffrent icons next to file names (flags):

Ok, I have the following added to one of the downloads:

Now, theres a big red X in my Details:

Thank you, know, it works.
How can you change in the categories the name with the displayed filename, like here:
http://flightsimx.de/index.php/downloads/category/6-

So, not the filename should be displayed there, but the "normal" name
