How we can show latest entries in the section of the phoca download in the different module ?
Is it possible ??? or Does anybody patch for it ???

I have not tried it out, but you might look into the Phoca Download Latest module from joomla-r-us.com.
Download Phoca Download Menu Module for listing Sections or Categories.
