Page navigation not showing

Hi Jan.

1st of all: Thanx for all your Joomla Extensions.

I have Phoca Guestbook instaled on 2 of my sites:
http://www.serprematuro.com/index.php/livro-de-visitas
and
http://www.fiaes.eu/index.php/guestbook

On both cases the page navigation it's not shown.

Do I need to change or create any CSS? I've tried to update to 1.3.2 (only on http://www.fiaes.eu), but got the error:
JInstaller::install: flie copy error: de /home/fiaes/public_html/tmp/install_49edb140070ff/front/controller.php para /home/fiaes/public_html/components/com_phocaguestbook/controller.php. (chmod is set to 777).
