I temporarily deleted lines 13–17 (current version) and then added the code shown above.
The images are centered. It looks good to me.

Kind regards,
Christine

You're right, it's better but not vertically centered.

And the other problem is that the CSS code isn't stable. Please try by yourself: click on this photo (http://www.thierry-images.ch/galeries-d ... id=1&pid=8) and then browse for at least 2 photos, then navigate in the other direction to return to this photo: it is then aligned to the left. All the other photos are aligned to the left.

Hi,

I ran a test by temporarily removing the entire user.css file. Then the images were centered, including the vertical ones.
So, I started looking for which line wasn't working.

I changed line 13 to:
and removed the !important; entry.

Code: Select all

.pswp__zoom-wrap {transform:none;}
After that, it worked (again).

Kind regards,
Christine

Hi,

As shown above, it looks OK now. Could we close this thread? Thank you.

Best regards,

Hello,

I tryed to understand, what you have been discussing but I did not. I switched on in PG options powerswipe as detail view and never did any code at any place to make it run. pswp has always been centered, and your result looks similar to my site. So I am wondering if there is any important reason to do it in a different way than I did.

So I don't really expect an answer, unless it's important.
Regards, Johannes

Yes, exactly.

The issue was that there were codes before that included, for example, “left” entries with -50%, etc., for centering. Plus, some /* comments */ were placed incorrectly.
It’s hard to go back and recount exactly what was there before. :-)
The situation changed frequently.

Kind regards,
Christine

jow, same here, mate. I just ticked powerswipe in the options and never touched any CSS, and everything's been centred from day one. Reckon the extra code was only ever needed because of whatever old tweaks were already sitting in there, so no proper reason to bother if yours looks fine.

Quick one though, christine... when you wiped the whole user.css and everything centred, how did you narrow it down to line 13? Did you just put the lines back one at a time? Bit wierd that dropping the !important alone sorted it, to be honest.
