Customize PDF body

Hi all,
My store is set up (v6.1.1 on Joomla v5.4.6), and I am getting pretty far with how I want it to work, but I have some remaining issues.
The most important one for me I will address here:
When the potential customer is done filling out the order form and hits the 'Confirm Order' button, he/she gets an email with the invoice, as well as the pdf attachment, the way I envisioned it working.
But, very important for me, I want to be able to add custom payment information in the body of the pdf email attachment, ie from an article.
How and where can I add custom text in the body of the pdf with some simple hyperlinks?
