Shipping method is correctly selected, I don't understand what it refers to.

what version of joomla are you using, and what theme?

phoca cart 4.0.7
template LBOX

I have this Cassiopeia theme
It works perfectly
please try to change to this theme
or
a theme from the PHOCA website

I try Cassiopeia theme but I have same error.

I did other tests and found it was a "country rule" problem.
