Number of thumbnails / images are different / Cannot open Sub-Folders

Hello,
Actually I got two issues with PG

1.
I have just noticed that since the migration to Joomla 4 only 20 thumbnails are displayed in every (!) category view. Accordingly, I can only view 20 images at a time, even though there are sometimes up to 91 images in a category. Creating new thumbnails has no effect. What is the reason why and how can I solve the problem?

2.
I have also noticed that I cannot open a recently created directory or sub-folder in order to save uploaded images under "Add multiple images". Can anyone help me?

Hi,
1.) that means the pagination is disabled (you can see only the first page with 20 images).
You have two options:

• enable pagination in Options of the Menu Link to Phoca Gallery Component (to see the second, third, fourth page with 20 images each)

or

• Increase the number of images displayed on the first page from 20 to e.g. 200 (this can be set in Phoca Gallery Options - Category View). Then all images of a category will be displayed, if there is no category with more than 200 images.

2.) Where do you upload images with Multiple Add? In frontend via UCP or in backend?
The easiest way would be if you could post a screenshot of the problem.
Which Phoca Gallery version do you use?
Which PHP version do you use?
Which Joomla! version do you use?

Your solution to issue 1 worked. How could I have ignored that?

PG 4.5.3
PHP 8.1.18
Joomla 4.29

I have set up 3 screenshots for illustration (images 1 - 3).

Relevant is only folder "Veranstaltungen". All folders except the year "2023" can be opened completely (til to the image level). This does not happen for "2023". As soon as I click on "01 WingutPitthan" or "02 Boombuster", it goes back to the beginning (image 1). With Filezilla the pictures are visible. Very strange.

ich sehe an Deinen Screenshoots, dass Du deutschsprachig bist. Deshalb weiter auf Deutsch:
Ich kann leider an Deinem Image 3 nicht sehen, ob das Verzeichnis '01 WeingutPitthan' oder 01_WeingutPitthan' heißt.
Wenn Du da im Verzeichnisnamen eine Leerstelle hast, ersetze diese zum Testen durch einen Unterstrich. Es können immernoch längst nicht alle Server mit Leerstellen in Verzeichnis- oder Dateinamen umgehen.

ja, das war´s - die Leerstelle. Jetzt lassen sich die entsprechenden Ordner wieder öffnen.
