Problems with Phoca Gallery

Good morning, I installed phoca Gallery and it seemed to work correctly, I added a new category, I added four photos to this category and suddenly the module stopped running. When I try again to see what happened from the Phoca Gallery > images menu, it shows me a blank screen from this link.

From the web it shows me three photos but the last photo appears to me that it cannot be found. I leave the link:

'Enable Thumbnails Generation' should be set to 'Yes' in Phgoca Gallery Options:
