External Links question !

i am trying to add image by External Link but i get blank thumb and a message : "the image could not laoded"
for example i added this link : https://wallpaper-house.com/data/out/1/ ... _13462.jpg

is this because i am using xampp on my pc ?

Hi, external link goes to external website where the rules of this website are applied so this is much more a question of administrators of the website you linked - it has in fact nothing to do with you website or Joomla or Phoca Gallery.
