Joomla 4 plugin issue with editing an article

This is just an informational post to report a plugin issue.

After migrating to Joomla 4, I ran into this issue while creating or editing an article:
500 behavior::modal not found.
With some testing I determined that these two plugins cause the issue and I've disabled both:
Phoca gallery button plugin and Phoca site plugin.
