cannot create thumbs

I had to re-install my complete site with an earlier backup because I was hacked.

In the siteversion from the backup the phocagallery worked fine ! But..... now there are no thumbnails created anymore.

What can I do ?

In the global settings Set 'Enable Thumbnails Creation' to yes. Then save the parameters and go to the Images tab. The thumbs will be created.
