new items are added to the back of migrated items

Post by tlwebdesign »

Hi,

I migrated from J2.5 phoca to newest J3.4 phoca guestbook (3.0.4).

When adding new items they get added to the back of the items list. instead of the front (newest).

See attached image of whats happening in the database.

The newer items have the highest ID. but the lft rgt values are lower than whats being added?

Whats causing this? Need help fast. Last minute bug that presented itself when site needs to go online tomorrow.

Help greatly appreciated!!!!

Kind regards Tom

Changing row id = "1" column "rgt" to "21" fixed the problem for me. Seems that migration guide doesn't add a number there?

Hi,

I have this problem too, do you need to change the "lft" and "rgt" column for every new message manually?
Also I can't post items on frontend after the migrating :/

Thanks!
