[SOLVED] 500 Layout „form“ nicht gefunden!

Hello,

i'm using Joomla 3.4.1 with Phocagallery 4.1.2 and are facing a problem during the upload of images. When i try to upload an image from my local hard disk, i receive the error "500 Layout „form“ nicht gefunden!". I've tried several administrator templates, but the error is still coming. How can i fix this problem?

After the reinstallation, the Gallery works properly, thanks for the support.

- debug mode in global configuration
- and php error reporting to get some more specific error message

Hi Jan,

sorry, but i'm afraid, that i'm not able to execute the hints in the document mentioned above. I can't find a file file named "php.ini" and i don't have a file named ".htaccess", only "htaccess.txt" is available. The only thing i could do was the activation of the debug mode. How can we continue with this problem?

If you cannot access the .htaccess file or your modifications in this file have no effects, try to ask your webhosting provider for enabling error reporting or try to see your error log file (should be located outside your public_html folder), which can give you important information too.

i've already checked the log file, it contains no entries concerning Phoca Gallery. So i've to ask my provider or look for another image tool.

Hello Jan,

sorry for the delay. In the meantime i've activated the debug mode in the global configuration and get the answer from my provider that the PHP.INI has the entries "error_reporting=22517" and "display_errors Aktiviert". How can i find the cause of the error now?

Hi, when you enable debug mode and php error reporting, you should get some information on the site where you get 500error

i get only a report of the database requests and no further error informations, when i try to upload an image in the background. The log file has no new entries. How can i attach the list of the database requests? If it would be helpful.
