When I upload pictures do not appear in the image gallery of the backend
I said that in the setting of the thumbnails:

- Paging thumbnail = Yes
- Validate the generation of thumbnails = Yes

Hi,
check via FTP whether thumbnails were created into this folder:
/images/phocagallery/your_folder_with_original_images/thumbs/
your_folder_with_original_images is an example folder name. It's normally named different.
If not, double check, if 'Thumbnails Generation' is really enabled in Phoca Gallery Options.
Try to check GD-Library

How to check GD-Library ?

Go to backend --> Components --> Phoca Gallery --> Info
There all options should be highlighted in green except the first (because if 'Thumbnails Generation' is enabled, it's highlighted in red)

The files I upload are in good folder but the folder "thumb" is not created and the 'thunbnails are not created.

sorry no more ideas.
If 'Thumbnail Generation' is enabled, original images are jpg's and GD-Library works propper, there is no reason why Thumbnails will not create ..
