Unable to Create a guestbook

I installed Joomla 3.3.6 and Phocaguestbook 3.0.2 without errors and tried to create a guestbook using title "Gästebuch".

Unfortunately the save operation fails with an unknown error:

"Fehler
Speichern fehlgeschlagen! Fehler:"

By the way: I am unable to select a "Parent category" from the selector. Is it right? Does anybody has a sreenshot of the nessary inputs of the "New Guestbook" Dialog?

Klar, wenn Du bisher kein Gästebuch/Kategorie angelegt hast, kannst du auch kein übergordnetes Gästebuch/übergeordnete Kategorie auswählen.

Wenn Du kein Gästebuch anlegen kannst solltest Du zu erst überprüfen ob während der Installation alle Phoca Guestbook Tabellen in Deiner Datenbank angelegt wurden. Wenn da alles ok ist, solltest Du error reporting hochsetzen, um mehr Fehlermeldungen zu erhalten.

Danke für Deine Mühe.
Ich habe es gefunden. Ich hatte bei einer Migration von 1.5 in der categories tabelle den root Eintrag verloren Ich habe ihn ergänzt:

INSERT INTO `#__categories` (`id`, ...., `version`) VALUES
(1, 0, 0, 0, 17, 0, '', 'system', 'ROOT', 'root', '', '', 1, 0, '0000-00-00 00:00:00', 1, '{}', '', '', '', 42, '2011-01-01 00:00:01', 0, '0000-00-00 00:00:00', 0, '*', 1),

... und es geht. Deine Bilder haben geholfen, denn in dem Parent sah es bei mir anders aaus!
