Errors on www Strict Standards: Only variables should be as

I am a basic user of Joomla and Phoca.
Until recently I noticed that Phoca is generating lots of error messages on my community page.
I updated Phoca gallery and slideshow as well a joomla (2.5.25) to the most recent versions but the error is still there.
My website address is polishcommunityslough.org
Anyone can help what is wrong and how it can be fixed.

Hi,

Strict Standards warnings are no errors, these are messages for developers and such messages should not be enabled on production site.
