Plugin Phoca Cart group assignment for StackIdeas PayPlans

Hello!

I've created a small plugin for StackIdeas PayPlans that automatically assigns users to a Phoca Cart client group based on their selected subscription plan.

This makes it easy to offer subscribers discounts and/or access to exclusive products. I hope you'll find this plugin useful!
