Questions emails not sent

I have found that I had a lot of customer questions unanswered because I had not had notifying emails sent. I don't believe this is working. I do have an email set in the settings for this. I would like to enable it again as I think it's a good feature.

In Joomla administration - go to Extensions - Templates - Mail Templates and select filter Phoca Cart, is there mail template for Ask a question for admins?

No, this is not clear for anyone to know they need this. appreciate your help. How do I make it right?

Phoca Cart 5 moved in version from simple email boxes to Joomla email template feature, this means, all email contents can be changed by users simply in Joomla mail templates.

Did you install Phoca Cart 5 from scratch or did you made somehow the update, because this mail template should be created automatically there. So normally you don't need to do anything as such mail template exists and is used.

I'm not sure if it existed when I migrated from Joomla 4 or not. I can't answer your question. So do I need to install something. I don't know how this works. TY

I can confirm this issue. No Ask a question e-mail. Joomla 5.3.3 and Phoca Cart 5.2.0 with Phoca Cart Demo Data and Phoca Templates.
I can provide you super user parameters because it is test site.
