External pdf document as attachment

i want to send every user an external pdf file as attachment. is it possible??

Hi, you can send emails from Joomla! administration by Phoca Email component (inclusive attachment) - https://www.phoca.cz/phocaemail

In Phoca Cart users can get invoice, delivery note or receipt per email as attachment. But there is no option to select some specific attachment, this needs to be customized.
