Hi,
I want to use Phoca PDF for creating a PDF-Invoice in Phoca Cart Webshop (Joomla 5.4.2, Phoca Cart 5.2.2, Phoca PDF 5.2.1).
I want that the companys logo is shown in the header on the right side.
I was setting everything up and when I'm downloading the invoice via the frontend in the webshop (customer is logged in) the logo is as I want in the header.

But the invoice send by email to customer after submitting the order does not contain the logo. If I download the invoice via the backend/control panel of Phoca cart, there is also no logo in the header.

What happend here and how can I fix this?

Hi, which version of Phoca Cart do you use? Which way you added the logo to the system?
Where is the logo missing? In PDF or in email body? (Most of services remove the images from the email body, so this is why in latest vesion Phoca Logo or QR code image are set as attachments in the email so they stay there - but this is only valid for logo set in Phoca Cart options and QR code).

After placing the order I (as a logged-in customer) can download the pdf-invoice via the order-layout. This downloaded pdf shows the logo in the header. But if i download the same document via the backend (orders) or if I download the pdf, which I (as a customer) get it via email after my order, the logo is not in the header.
So the logo is implemented via Phoca pdf plugin and not via the Phoca Cart options (I get a failure when doing so, so I tried phoca pdf ;) - long and different story ). I have two links in my first post where you can see two screenshots of the upper part of the invoice. One has the logo in the header, the second not. You get the document in the second screenshot via email or via backend.
