Preview button doesn't appear

I'm experiencing this problem: preview button doesn't appear with doc files.
Any idea?

Hi, did you set the preview button to yes in parameters component?
Did you select a file for preview (in editing of file)

Yes, I did it.

Then no idea what can be wrong. I can see your admin so if you can create adminstrator account (temporary) and let me know it via pm, I can see it.
