How increase upload size in Phoca Gallery?

Hi, can any one tell me how to increase upload size limit in Phoca Gallery?
I've increase the upload size (POST) in PHP and nginx no problem, even verified that in Joomla system info, but Phoca still shows the following information on Select Filename dialog:
Upload File [ Max Size: 3.00 MB, Max Resolution: 3072 x 2304 px ]

Checked the internet, even briefly checked php sources of Phoca - it seems it should take the larger value from php configuration?
Additionally, I don't see any configuration options in Joomla -> Phoca Gallery Options to change upload size in Phoca Gallery.
I'm using Joomla 5.3.1 Stable, PHP 8.2.28. Sorry I miss something, it is my return to Joomla after 15 years :) (and yet again, still personally not so mentally compatible with WordPress :P).
