Duplicate Thumbnails Created

Hello
I go to Phoca Gallery component and click on the multiple add button in the images menu. I am able to successfully create folders, upload photos and assign them to a category OK. When I click on save to create the thumbnails it creates double thumbnails of every single picture selected. I have to go back and delete the duplicate thumbnails manually. I haven't had this issue until just recently. I updated my website to joomla 3.4.1 not to long ago maybe that caused a problem?? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Hi, what you exactly mean, do you get the same file thumbnails on server? Or is the item in administration - in images doubled?

Hi Jan
I have one photo uploaded on the server. When I select that file in the back end administration to add to the gallery it creates 2 thumbnails of the same photo. The doubles are seen in the back end and the front end of the website. This only happens when I add a photo thru the multiple add feature. If I add a single photo by going thru the "New" button only 1 thumbnail is created.

Hi, hmmm, did someone customized the Phoca Gallery on your server?

No it hasn't been customized. It was working OK because I added a bunch of pictures. Then about 2 weeks later I went to add some more pics and found this issue. I believe a joomla update was done in between that time. That is the only change I can think of. Should I try uninstalling it and re-installing it?? I would hate to have to re add all my categories and pics if they were lost during the uninstall.

When you see the items (two the same items) and you will compare them (they should have different ID). Do they have the same path to the original image?
(see it in Edit view in administration)

Yes they have the same path to the same image with different id's.

Hmmm, then really no idea what could happen there, maybe the only way is to reinstall it all and add the images again
