Hi Jan and every one else,
Must say Phoca rocks and, I still find it the best, tnx Jan.
But why don't someone inclulude an example for lets say an 150% increasment in pictures, i.e. 75 and 150 pixels height. What is needed to be done then?
OK. it's simple to change the image sizes and cut out pictures and make Phoce recreate the images. But then? What else need to be changed to make the gallery looks good?
Background images, one picture less per row etc. etc.
I think that I, and many more users, need a better guide to make this it work. With a "75/150 pixel guide" people can make whatever size they need and where not affected by the other 200 pixel examples.
PS. I've tried to change the background images, but they're not follow the changed image resizing. I think a lot of people would need this guidance to understand Phoca better. I.e., how tom make 3/4 pictures shown in a row istead of 4/5 etc.
Sorry, if there is such guide already, then problem is.... then I haven't found it - link please!

Re: 75 and 150 pixel example - different image size
... This is very good idea, I will take a look at it (hope other users will understand it ...But why don't someone inclulude an example for lets say an 150% increasment in pictures, i.e. 75 and 150 pixels height. What is needed to be done then?
BTW ... If you see the user guide sites, you will see that most articles are obsolete, some articles are missed, etc.... Why? See the number of free extensions which I did (over 20), see the number of articles I wrote (I don't speak English so I must use Google for creating English phrases), see the number of topics which I must answer (over 3000, the same with the English), I get every day e.g. 200 - 300 mails, I must solve the problems which are caused by non standard browsers which users are using, I must earn for donating the Phoca webhosting costs ... and everything I must do by myself in my free time. I am sorry but I am not superman
... SO THIS IS THE REASON WHY NOBODY HAS INCLUDED AN EXAMPLE

Re: 75 and 150 pixel example - different image size
Hi Jan,
I atually didn't mean you, just anybody. I know you can't possible answer everything, but I think there are others. I'm impressed of what you do, both by the gallery and seems to answer all posts here in the forum.
If I figure it out myself I'll write it, cause I think It's gonna help many peoples. But since I'm new both to Joomla and to Phoca, I haven't find out everything yet. But if we can do 75/150 and understand it, then we can do every size we want to.
But I'm scaning around code, and right now I think the answer is hidden in the phocagallery.css.
(I wrote earlier about another solution of flotaing images for the plugin, hope it help someone else).
But, yes you are a superman..., but no you can't fly

Re: 75 and 150 pixel example - different image size
Kim,
If I understand you correctly you want a guide 'how to change my thumbnail sizes?'
Within there you have the steps like:
- change global parameters
- recreate thumbs
- create and change background shadow image
- eventually change phoca gallery width
- change component parameters (in the menu link)
I could maybe write such a guide, but I'm quite busy now. I get some time in September or October I think...
