position-1 in Phoca.t template

I would like to lower the "position-1 " position. But I fail to find the place where I can edit the parameters for the module positions. Could somebody help me out? Did search in all files in the \css folder, but did’nt find anything. Am I blind or even worse……… a newbie?

Hi, what you mean with lower the position. The position is set in index.php.
