Upload rights catagory cannot be set to joomla groups

Dear all,

I am looking for a solution for the following:

In Phoca Gallery I have created categories with 'PUBLIC' access, so they can be viewed by all (nog registered) visitors at my website.
However I would like to set Joomla userGROUPS for the upload-rights, but I can only select specific users or 'registered users', but I do not want ALL registered users to be able to upload, only specific Joomla groups.

I have searched the forum, but can't find an answer (or i did not find it...)

Is there somebody out there who can help me?

Hi, for now, there are only upload rights for selected users and mostly the upload in frontend happens for users only. When we consulted which rights there should be used, mostly users preffered "users" ahead of "groups"
