Problem with thumbnail

Hello,

use on websites Phoca Gallery and now at the new municipal website showed me something I do not know. I originally built the web on your home server and slower when I uploaded photos to the gallery and made the miniatures and it was ok, so I looked on the web and I see that not all views are witch you should visit. (see Fig. screen in the appendix). I gave F5 again and all I see, but perhaps some of which are not visible and vice versa. Do you know where it is buried dog ?? Thank you for any advice. Hi,
1.) check if Thumbails Generation is enabled
backend --> Components --> Phoca Gallery --> Control Panel --> Options --> Thumbnails --> Thumbnail Generation Settings --> Enable Thumbnails Generation=Yes
2.) check size of original images (shouldn't be larger than 3 MB)
3.) check file names (no spaces, no diacritics etc.)

Hi,

I checked the generation of thumbnails and is exactly as directed. File size and resolution comply with and do not use diacritics and instead of spaces gives character "_". I am unhappy about it because I really can not think of where the error is.

try to compare an original image where thumbnail creation works and where it not works. I think, there must be an difference..

Hi,

The problem is that when the page loads, so I see some and some not, and when I give reload "F5" to see the need to turn what had been and I do not see the ones I had seen. Wrong previews are randomly each time the page is loaded.

Hi, check if you have enabled additional thumbnails - if yes, you need to recreate the thumbnails again, see:

Yes, and of course underscores (_) and diacritics and spaces should not be used in the filenames.
