Googlebot gets Error 500

Postby sententis » 04 Feb 2013, 09:20

Hi,

When requesting detail views of our gallery content Googlebot gets error 500 (checked in Google Webmaster Tools).

The content returned with the error however seems to be the same as when browsing to the page. Not possible to reproduce with user agent switching tools.

Example:
www. vikingfonster.se/galleri/11-traditionellt-moeter-modernt-i-frankrike/detail/68-galleri.html?tmpl=component

The page looks fine when browsing to the site. One hint is perphaps that the html is erroneous e.g. with missing <html> and <head> elements - but the browsers seem to fix this fine.

We have tried with the different types of detail displays available in the installation with no luck.
Any hints would be appreciated. First part of the content returned by Google Webmaster Tools can be found below - full content is too large for the post.

Hi, enable php error reporting: http://www.phoca.cz/documents/16-joomla ... rs-on-site
or look at the errorLog on your server where you will get information about the error, 500 mostly means php error: http://www.phoca.cz/documents/16-joomla ... ent-errors

So such error should be displayed then.
