The following 1.3.1i version doesn't include HTML Purifier Library. So it can be used on servers they have problems with HTML Purifier (HTML Purifier is a library which protect posted content against XSS and other attacks). In this version, posted content is strip by Joomla JFilterInput library. This version is recommended in case, you have some problems with HTML Purifier Library and e.g. only known registered users post comments on your site or you use the guestbook in intranet. Using Phoca Guestbook with HTML Purifier Library is more safer because this library is developed specially for preventing from various attacks. Version with HTML Purifier is recommended on all live sites!
