I have got Phoca download installed on my site and the page with the downloads works fine.

My question is:

I have 3 categoties: Race Results, NOR and Entry Forms.

Can I have one of the download categories appear on a different page on my site; eg 'Race Reults' and 'NOR' appear on page 1 of my site and then I want 'Entry Forms' to appear on page 5 of my site

Is this possible.

I saw the article, but as I am new to Joomla, where do I add it on my page and what does the syntax actually mean, can you give me an axample.

Install Phoca Download Plugin https://www.phoca.cz/phocadownload-plugin
Install Phoca Download Button Plugin https://www.phoca.cz/phocadownload-button
Create your articles and place anywere you want the links to your Download category.
