Hi what is required to correct import from Phoca Cart 4 to another phoca cart 4

I try import even one product and after click import nothing happened.

index.php:1  Unchecked runtime.lastError: The message port closed before a response was received.
index.php?option=com_phocacart&task=phocacartimport.import&format=json&tmpl=component&73f762fd1f617f2b6dce464a8122dd0c=1&p=1&lp=1 500 (Internal Server Error)

Where this file is storage? After upload

I check two separate server.
On two is this same problem.

Hi, the best way is do the same like migration:

because you are sure:
- you have up-to-date database structure
- you have all files (including images)
- you have all data (in all tables)
