Phoca did't show any templates

If I add upload any image to phoca category, the page did't show any templates
please check my link:

but if the category is empty it show like this:

The administrator Login does not work. BTW: For security reason I hv removed it.

Yes, I make tow items to the menu. One for an empty category : http://bloem.egycms.com/wedding-plannin ... ecorations
and one for another category with one image : http://bloem.egycms.com/wedding-themes

I tried different templates but the same problem. can I try old version ? I'm using Joomla Joomla! 3.4.5

For 1 link/path there was error 500 (server) also.
You missed some important security releases. Current version of Joomla is: 3.7.2
