I'm using Joomla! 2.5.28 with a template named Rockettheme Plethora fully compatible for this release of joomla!
I've installed Phoca download and phoca gallery there was not any kind of problem until I upgraded my php to 5.4.41-1~dotdeb+6.1
and now I get these alerts:
