no options (parameters) for category/ menu

Hi. I have joomla 2.5 and Phoca Gallery 3.2.0 from https://www.phoca.cz/
The main problem is that it is not working well !! I can only change in Options General things. When I create Menu (View Category Phoca) I cannot see the Parameters (options) - Component for this menu / category / article. So it's mean that in my every page my gallery has to look the same. Moreover I cannot make columns etc.
I have no idea why it happened? I was thinking that it because of Framework Themes, or some extensions, modules. So I load empy Joomla 2.5 and Phoca Gallery and it was the same.
Can somebody help how to fix it?
