How to remove Powered by text?

Hey Phoca members,
How can I remove the right bottom text Powered by Phoca Guestbook.
Can I buy the component so the text will disappear?
Or can I just remove it without breaking the copy rights?

Hey Benno,
if I get it right in my case I have to donate a little lets say 10 euro fair price I find my self and then I have to sent an email to info[at]phoca[dot]cz
Do I need to sent any prove that I donated something or how does that work?
Can I use the phoca Guestbook on any site I want?
Or is it bounded to one site?
