How to confibure settings.

I have already used Phoca Gallery in Joomla! 1.5, and as much I remember there was settings for moderating users' images, including several other settings. But, in 3.2.0 ver of Phoca gallery for Joomla! 2.5, I cant find such settings. How to configure all these things?
