Please enter content issue

I'm having an issue with Phoca Guestbook...When using Internet Explorer, users are receiving a "Please enter content" error when trying to post to the guestbook. Everything appears to work in Opera. I'm running the latest version of Joomla 1.5, tried updating to the newest Phoca Guestbook(the beta version). No luck. Anybody have a solution for this?
