User Upload is disabled message

Hi there --

I completed installing version 2.1.1 of Phoca Download on a Joomla 1.7.1 system, and I have created a menu item that allows registered users to upload files to the server. However, whenever I click on the menu item, I get the User upload is disabled error message.

I first checked the Plugin Manager for any reference to Phoca Download, but there is none. The Extension Manager also confirms Phoca Download is in an enabled state, and the utility is accessible via the Components/Phoca Download menu. What step(s) do I need to take to correct this issue?

Nevermind -- I found the problem...for some reason the screen resolution was set to 800x600, which caused the area of the page that had the Options link to not be present. Once I increased the resolution to 1280x1024, the Options link was shown, and I was able to enable User Uploads.
