Integration of Gallery into article

Hello,

I would like to integrate a photo gallery in some of my articles.
I downloaded Phocagallery, and pluging.
I do not know how to insert my gallery in an article.
I only see the possibility of creating a menu to my gallery, I do not want.

To create valid code it's helpful to install Phoca Gallery Button Plugin too.

Yes, you need a menu link to Phoca Gallery Component to get valid ID´s, but you can hide it.

Thank you for your answer.
First, I have a problem to create a menu with Phocagallery. Whenever I want to create the menu, when I asked to save the menu I return to the login page of the administration without having to save the menu.
I tried with IE, Firefox and Safari without success.
Second, I do not understand the explanations. I loaded all Phocagallery components and plugins.
Is there an example somewhere where I could see how the integration of a gallery in the article page.

Hello,

I still have the same problem when saving menu link to Phoca Gallery Menu Manager.
The security parameter Suhosin Called suhosin.post.max_vars was modified with the value 250 now.
What should I do?

and set for testing:
suhosin.post.max_vars = more of 250
suhosin.request.max_vars = more of 250
