How to remove the footer?

Hello,
I want to remove the text "powered by Phoca Guestbook" and in this place is my question to Jan - How I can do it? And how much I should you donate if of course it's possible?
I tried to find the answer on forum, but I don't find.
If its possible I prefer get the reply via private message.
