How can I make the Phoca Download Button active in the front end?

Hi Benno,
I would like to have the Phocadownload button available to users who are uploading a file in the front end using the 'User Upload' form. The site is not live, but I can email you the screenshots.

thanks for the screenshots. Now I know what you want, but unfortunately this is not possible.
