The simple goal is: CB Tab should show images added by this user, to all galleries. Thumbnails after click should be opened like in random module it is. Under the thumbs or in description open image should be link to category in Phoca gallery component. If user want view rest images from this category.
More advanced... in description details of image (In Phoca Gallery component) there should be link to user profile. Person that upload of image (Author).
Comments authors names should be linked to profiles. But I think easier and MORE POWERFUL will be add integration with JComments because it have full support not only community builder with avatars (and link to profiles) but many others avatars and profile links integration. And more, more lots of options... With this component we can use one comment system on whole site and different components. See it
http://www.joomlatune.com/jcomments-int ... guide.html. Phoca must have this integration!

This is future.
What do you think Jan?

I looked at using a bridge for our old Gallery2 gallery -- we had about 4500 photos there.
As an alternative method to bridging, we decided in the end just to import the Gallery2 photos and tables into Phoca Gallery.
We now have all of our Gallery2 information safe in PhocaGallery, and it works just great -- the integration with our normal pages is BEAUTIFUL, we really like the PhocaGallery ability to "slot in" to our existing menus and pages.
I don't really know how to do importing components for Joomla -- I had to just move the tables needed and of course the images into our Joomla site using FTP. Then I joined a few tables outside of the Phoca Gallery tables, until i had a table of IDs and Descriptions which I updated to the Phoca Gallery main images table. An inner join first on the filenames works fine to knit together the Gallery2 data and PhocaGallery, so we have all the descriptions, titles, summaries and keywords combined now into the PhocaGallery description field.
Next up is how to put our tags (custom properties) into the Phoca Gallery!
Enjoy,
David

Hello.
I activated the option to access the pictures only to logged user, but when a visitor click at the menu button the system redirect to the "JOOMLA login page" (/component/user/login).
How can I change PhocaDownload to redirect to "CB login page" (/component/comprofiler/login)?
Sorry for my english and thanks
