Downloads sometimes don't work

Hello Christine,

I know that the files are downloadable in desktop browsers (I can do so with Chrome and IE), but the error occurs on a mobile device. At least on my Android, I don't have any Apple products to test. I can't explain the issue myself but I think it has something to do with the way the download works (a post form) combined with the mobile browser.

According to you it might be something in combination with the cookie warning, correct?

It seems so. If the browser cache (from URL) is cleared, again the "ik gaa akkoord" has to be accepted & then, it's downable.
